VDG Opens Arkansas Service Center

VDG (Van der Graaf) is proud to celebrate 40 years of engineering and manufacturing excellence in drum motor technology. As part of its ongoing commitment to customer support and innovation, VDG is pleased to announce the opening of its new VDG Service & Tech Center in Russellville, Arkansas.

The new facility expands VDG’s footprint in the U.S., supporting customers across the central and western regions. Staffed by expert technicians, the center offers comprehensive services including detailed inspections, diagnostic testing, and failure analysis. All remanufactured drum motors serviced at the facility come with a 2-year warranty.

Equipped to support VDG’s specialized drum motor service program for meat and poultry processors, the Russellville center delivers short turnaround—within 1 to 2 business days for standard units. Drum motors are remanufactured and updated to the latest design to optimize performance, increase efficiency, and extend product service life.

“For four decades, Van der Graaf has been dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient high-performance drum motors,” said Dimitrios Pavlidis, Vice President of Manufacturing. “The opening of the Russellville Service & Tech Center represents our continued investment in customer service and technical support across North America.”

VDG is renowned for its in-house precision engineering and manufacturing of innovative drum motors that exceed industry standards and expectations in conveyor drive technology.
