VDG Sprockets, engineered for maximum hygiene and efficiency, redefines what processors can expect from stainless-steel sprockets, delivering unmatched cleanliness, performance, and reliability during washdown. The innovative flow edge geometry of the VDG Sprocket has unique angled surfaces and open architecture allows water and debris to wash away effortlessly, preventing contamination buildup. It is completely self-draining and enables rapid drying. This innovative flow edge profile allows for complete debris and byproduct removal, during high-pressure washdowns, dramatically reducing cleaning time and water consumption.
